The City of Port Moody is offering free online resources to help residents stay connected while staying apart during the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Visit portmoody.ca/stayconnected to get moving with our fitness instructors, explore “Library in your living room” resources from the Port Moody Public Library, and get creative with our resident artist. New content will be added over the coming weeks.
“During this time of physical distancing and high stress, it’s important we take care of ourselves and pay special attention to our physical and mental health,” says Mayor Rob Vagramov. “With these new fitness videos, significant library resources, and creative activities for kids, it’s our hope that you’ll find easy and fun ways to exercise your body and your mind. Our staff are excited to help you stay healthy during this challenging time. We’re all in this together.
”The City is continuously monitoring information about COVID-19 coming from public health authorities, and makes decisions about City services, programs, and facilities with the health and safety of its residents in mind. Visit portmoody.ca/covid19 to stay up-to-date on impacts to City services.
